What is a Factorial??
A factorial is a product indicated by an exclamation mark. The factorial n! gives the number of ways in which n objects can be arranged.
Example
In general, n! means the product of all the whole numbers from 1 to n; that is, n! = 1×2×3×...×n.
What is it used for??
The factorial function is useful in finding the number of possible
combinations that can be constructed from a set of
objects.
How to find a Factorial
There are two main ways to find a factorial: by hand or by calculator.
By Hand:
Used for smaller integers
