Eleanor Roosevelt Who? Eleanor Roosevelt is the First Lady who changed what the President's wives do forever. What? Eleanor Roosevelt has done many things. See the category of 'Accomplishments' to see them in full detail. When? Eleanor Roosevelt was born on October 11, 1884,
and died in 1962 at the age of 78. She died of tuberculosis. She was First Lady from March 4, 1933 – April 12, 1945. where? Eleanor Roosevelt was born in New York, and lived in London England during her teen years. After, she lived in Washington DC. why? Eleanor Roosevelt probably wanted to help because she knew what the women felt and felt compassionate for the African Americans.
