Carribean, and south america Reasons for colonization Most colonies were developed to export
products such as fish, sugar, and furs resources discovered the natural grown resources of the land
such as the land trees and food could only
grow in the new places that they colonized Interactions with native cultures. they got along for the most part with native cultures, native americans did most of the traping and then traded the furs to the french for such items guns, hatchets, and beads Significant to modern world they helped set up our country with new resources and more trade. the trade help provide clothing for the people.
