GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
$35,000 - $75,000

Incentive:
$8,000 - $10,000 Paid Quarterly
Will Guarantee for 6 months

TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
A driven self-starter with a proven track record of growing sales
An understanding of how to sell a product that does not have a recognizable name
Someone who has a high mechanical aptitude
Experience selling to blue collar individuals
Ability to travel throughout the territory
ATTRACTIONS TO THE OPPORTUNITY
Person will be able to work with a lot of autonomy in the territory
This company manufactures high quality products
This is a very well established and stable organization with a history of keeping people long term
Territory has a base of existing sales

Cembre is growing in the US and opportunities to grow with the company will be created
Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate
Request and Review Resume
GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position
Review and narrow to a short list based on Motivation, Qualifications, Personality, Compensation & Intangibles
GRS will arrange initial interviews with Chris
GRS will arrange final interviews with Chris and Ricardo

No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
