CYBER BULYING
In the early days of this journey, someone said to me: 'As you go forward in the days and months ahead consider carefully what and how much can be done within the schools and communities'. Consider that our generation of parents that thought we were prepared to raise and understand our kids but then technology came and threw us a curve ball. As parents, we want to help you. We want to listen to you. We want you to share things with us. So as kids, talk to your parents, share things with them. The time is so short and the future is unpredictable. Knowing the future and their outcomes can be hard. So love your friends. Be respectful to others. Smother the world, your community, your school and your friends with kindness. Take the time to learn about the effects of bullying and cyberbullying and to recognize the signs. You never know when one of your friends may need help and not know how to ask for it.
EMOTIONAL /INDIRECT BULLYING
PHYSICAL BULLYING
If a student is a victim of bullying, show love and support to the child and explain that the bullying is not their fault, and that what the bully is doing is wrong. Talk to the victim to find out when and how the bullying is taking place, then talk to teachers and school administrators about the problem. Bullying should always be taken seriously. Don't encourage the victim to fight back. Often the best way to deal with bullies is to avoid them or react as little as possible. Unfortunately, with physical bullying this is not always possible. Staying with a friend or friends or where adults are supervising can sometimes help deter the bullying. If the victim is struggling with feelings of depression or anger, seek counseling to help them deal with their emotions.
SHE HAD NO ONE
summing all that up:
A MONTH AFTER THIS VIDEO WAS POSTED SHE committed SUICIDE. SHE FELT NO ONE WAS THERE NOTHING OF HER LIFE WAS LEFT. THOSE PEOPLE WHO HATED HER THREW APARTY A WEEK AFTER CELEBRATI NG HER DEATH SAYING ON FACE BOOK" FINALLY SHE IS GONE" A YEAR AFTER, NO ONE REMEMBERS OR EVEN CARES. BULLYING STILL CONTINUES AFTER THAT.
Emotional bullying is deliberately causing distress resulting in someone developing low self-esteem, avoiding situations and becoming withdrawn (quieter than usual). Emotional bullying can be:

spreading rumours;
excluding the individual, for example, from games;
talking about others behind their back;
intentionally hurting someone's feelings

Emotional bullying can be just as hurtful as physical bullying. It can affect people in many ways and it is important to be aware of the signs which may include:

feeling isolated;
a change in behaviour;
a change in attitude towards food. More of an appetite (comfort eating) or wanting to eat less (loss of appetite);
becoming more emotional or clingy towards the parent or an individual;
not wanting to go to school and becoming upset.

SEEKING HELP
Bullying can be extremely tough. finding help is even harder, but not that hard when your at school in a public place, or even at home.
school: you can contact the principle, vice-principle, teachers, supervisors and any adults around.
public place: there will always be someone around to help.
at home: tell your parents . they will always care and listen.
Bullying has come to the point where it spreads EVERYWHERE. a girl named Amanda Todd had a tragic story that NO ONE cares about now. Here is a video of her sad and tragic story. there is a part of her cuts but if you cant handle it look away and don't make over exaggerated sounds
