NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
WHO IS ROZZI CRANE
Meet Rozzi
Full name: Rosalind Elizabeth Crane
Born: May 2, 1991 (age 24)
Hometown: San Francisco, California, U.S.
****Pop & Indie Pop***
***Singer-songwriter***
Years active: 2012–present
Label: 222 (Adam Levine's new label)
In 2009, Crane was admitted to the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California as a member of the Popular Music program.
During her freshman year, Crane’s original compositions were licensed for the first time when four of her songs were featured in Lifetime Television's second most-watched film ever, "Sins of the Mother".
During her sophomore and junior years, Crane was a background vocalist for Don Henley and Sergio Mendes.
In 2014, Crane toured as the opener for Gavin DeGraw and Parachute, and in 2015 she caught the attention of Maroon 5's lead singer, Adam Levine.
Crane was featured on the Maroon 5 song “Come Away To The Water," which was part of The Hunger Games soundtrack.
Adam signed her to his new record label 222 Records, and she has since toured with the band and appeared on The Voice.
Adam is featured on two of her four songs (Painkiller and Crazy Ass B*tch) on her recently released EP Space.
Before I signed to 222, I was just your average YouTube artist!
YouTube History
When she was only about two or three, her mom took her to her first music class. When she was in first grade, she sang a Jewel song in a talent show and it was then that she realized music was what she wanted to do with her life.
“It hit me like a bus, and I knew this is exactly what I wanted to do.” - Rozzi Crane
While at USC, Crane said that Jacques Brautbar, who is in the band Phantom Planet, was sitting in on one of her songwriting classes. "He liked my writing, so we started writing together."

It was that fateful meeting at school that eventually led to her work being heard by Maroon 5's manager, who passed along word of Crane's talents to The Voice judge.
"I'm pretty sure he did a little YouTube stalking and then wanted to make a label," said Rozzi. “Eventually, Adam Levine watched one of my YouTube videos and sent me an e-mail a few days later basically saying “I want to make a label and sign you.” It was incredible!”
Since then, Rozzi's career has taken off. She released her EP space in April of 2015, yet she still manages to post covers regularly, including some duets with other artists like Pentatonix.
