Abraham Lincoln Was born in a log cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky February 12th 1809
He later lost his mother to milk sickness October 5th 1818, this is when the Lincolns decided to move to Illinois.
Abraham Lincolns father remarried the year 1819 to Sara Johnston, Sara proved to be a caring and loving mother to Abe who eventually treated her like a real mother.

Abraham Lincoln never went to school! He taught him self to read and educated himself reading books!
Abraham Lincoln was Elected the year 1860 at the age of 51. Abraham Lincoln entered presidency as a Republican.
Abraham Lincoln First Ladies name was Mary Todd Lincoln, he had two vice presidents in his time as president; Hannibal Hamlin, (1861-1865) and Andrew Johnson (1865).

Abraham Lincoln gave his famous Gettysburg address Speech in 1863, the speech lasted a mere two minutes.
Abraham Lincoln was Assassinated year 1865 at the age of 56 at a play in Penn Quarter Washington, D.C. Lincoln was currently on his fourth year as president. Abe Lincoln was assassinated by a man by the name of John Wilks Booth.
