18 MONTH ROLL OUT PLAN
Spirit Falcon Distributions through its merger with ELA proposes to fund and develop 6 key territories over an 18 month period beginning September 2017. These key territories are negotiable but are designed to create the biggest impact possible into large, desirable markets.
The territory of Australia/NZ will merge back under the ELA banner and begin to fund the other territories. From there ELA will expand into the key identified territories. As ‘top ups’ for expansion into these zones are required, the directors of Spirit Falcon Investments will be responsible for any extra funding in order to keep the roll out plan on track.
A bulk payment of $20,000 per territory will be made to RDS to implement the territories key market. These are set out as a minimum desired result. These payment dates may be brought forward depending on the abilities of RDS to implement each territories certifications and MD’s ability to get product into the territory.

Bruno Investments / SLUS remain in absolute majority of ELA as well as RDS & MD with Spirit Falcon Investments contributing both financially as well as the daily execution of the roll out plan.
By implementing ourselves, we are avoiding loosing valuable margins to middle men and distributors in the initial phase.
By involving Spirit Falcon Investments the financial stability of the roll out is guaranteed.
The time frames outlined previously are all attainable with the correct planning.

Spirit Falcon Distributions, unlike many VC’s, are not looking for any short term return on their investment. They have a long term plan for the benefit of ELA and are want to be involved for the long haul.
Projected Turnover of Roll Out
By April 2019, based on this roll out concept, ELA should be producing a minimum of 20 containers per month.

20 Containers x approx. US$150,000 = $3,000,000 in monthly t/o.

Brazil and Argentina have good pockets of wealth and are amongst the biggest meat eating countries in the world.

All markets will need to be properly researched and boast favourable trade terms to be considered for this original roll out.

Under the proposed merger and roll out, ELA will begin an intense Social Media awareness campaign managed internally in consultation with market leaders in Bonfire and Clarity Communications.

Social Media provides platforms for a consistent message ideal for brand building whilst also allowing you to keep your audience engaged. This makes it the ideal choice for a brand roll out. It also allows for geographically based paid content to target specific demographics in specific locations giving us the momentum we need to create transactions.

Social Media is a double edged sword however that needs to be professionally maintained consistently. As well as giving businesses a voice they never had before, the general public can also utilise it for sales queries, to seek general information or to air any grievances. Facebook, Instagram and to a lesser extent Pintrest will be key parts of our roll out plans.

SMALL FORMAT RETAIL
It makes sense that if we are to have an office in a key location that it doubles as an outlet where a consumer can view our product. The lease on an office is a liability to a business from the beginning. By instead investing in a small retail outlet in a strategic location we are doing everything we can do in an office location whilst also catering for any member of the public that may want to view our product. These stores would be less than 50m2 set up as an interactive kitchen display with working displays for full affect.
Summary

WHY?
WHY- Because we know a guy that knows a guy! The inside knowledge that can be utilised by Claus should make Germany smooth sailing despite the language barrier. Germany has long been respected internationally for its quality and innovation in kitchen appliances.
WHY?
WHY- Continuing the trend of key European markets. France has a rich culinary history and big pockets of density. Whilst keeping with in these regions it also allows for balance of stock and the ability to ship excess etc through Europe cost effectively.
WHY- Again, dense population and proximity to other large markets. By setting up these strategic locations, we are opening up the ability to ship cost effectively into markets that aren’t on our immediate target list such as Switzerland, Croatia, Austria & Hungary.
WHY- Whilst continuing the trend of setting up these strategic locations, Spain also has a reputation of the highest order when it comes to the food and wine industry. This will also eventually provide easier access into Portugal.
WHY- With many of the large boxes tick and Europe now potentially being able to continue it’s own momentum, focus should turn to the Asian market. Although this is et up as Target 6 and Japan is the obvious place to start, the roll out shouldn’t stop here. Attention should quickly shift to Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and of course China.
