Trampolining is a competitive Olympic sport in which gymnasts

Tumbling
tumbling is performed on a mat which is a lot springier than an olympic floor. Because of its spring, gymnasts are able to perform extremely complicated flips on it.
Really famous artistic gymnasts
Simone Biles an Amazing gymnast who won four gold medals in the 2016 on floor, the vault, the team competition and she is a three time world champion. She has now won 19 medals altogether which makes her the most decorated USA gymnast taking over from Shannon Miller, who held this record since 1996.
Introduction to Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a sport in which both men and women perform.
You can start gymnastics at an age of just 20 months!It is a sport involving strength, flexibility, agility
and balance.Competitive artistic gymnastics is the most popular type of gymnastics. It typically uses vault, the balance beam the floor exercise and uneven bars.
perform acrobatics whilst bouncing on a trampoline.These can include jumps in the pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of front and back somersaults and even twists
Rhythmic gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which individuals or groups of five complete routines with one or two pieces of apparatus like a ball, a rope/ribbon, or hoop with no apparatus. Physical abilities needed by a rhythmic gymnast are strength, agility, flexibility and more importantly, hand eye coordination.

A famous rhythmic gymnastics is:
Anna Besonnova. She competes for Ukraine and has won 24 world championship medals, 24 European championship medals, 2 Olympic medals and 10 world cup medals.
Acrobatic gymnastics
In acrobatic gymnastics the gymnasts are the equipment.Teams perform moves on each other and even play catch with each other.

Nadia Comaneci
Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast who at the age of 14 was the first gymnast to ever receive a perfect 10 in 1976. She eventually goes on to win six more perfect 10s in Montreal. In 2000 she was named athlete of the 20th century!
