Article 13, Right to free movement:
Article 4, Freedom from slavery

Nobody has the right to treat you as a slave, and you should not make anyone your slave.
Article 9, Freedom from arbitrary arrest and exile:
Nobody has the right to arrest you, put you in prison or to force you out of your country without good reasons.
No matter where you come you will have the right to move and do or say what you want but in the name of the law. You will come and go as you wish. But within your country not out. By the way, I think that it is unfair you can't go to certain countries because of your color.
Do you know what article 13 means to me. It means that just because you can't go to other countries, you could still have the right to go as you wish but within yours. Also you will be accepted into any country even if your race is different from theirs.

Jeremiah Morrison 5-506
1: You have the right to come and go as you wish within your country.
2: You have the right to leave your country to go to another one, and you should be able to return to your country if you want.
No one has the right to make you their slave and you can't make anyone yours too. You also can't be abused during slavery and not beaten to death. Also someone can't keep you as your slave and starve you to death.
