Orbiting Planets
People used to believe that Earth was the center of the universe, but early telescopes proved them wrong
Fun Fact:
The amount of time it takes a planet to do one full orbit isn't only because of how far away it's from the Sun, it is also because of how many miles it goes in a second.
Here is a video to show you how the planets actually rotate
" For example, Earth orbits the Sun at about 19 miles per second, while Jupiter travels at 8.1 miles per second." That is why Jupiter's years are longer than Earth's years.
