In addition, Newton noticed that the spectral color always occurred in the same order, Thinking back to your investigations, can you recall what the order is? Newton found that by using a second prism, the colors could be blended to form white light again.
Many scientists disputed it and attacked his ideas. Newton eventually wrote a letter saying that he was so harassed by arguments against his theory that he regretted losing his peace of mind in order to "run after a shadow" of an idea.

Place a piece of paper between the filter and the prism. Shine the light through the thinnest part of the prism, the thickest part of the prism, and several areas in between. Repeat this experiment substituting a blue filter for the red one.

Good morning Ladies and Gentleman today MN, Anne-Myrthe, Arsema, Tina, and I are going to present a prezi about light we have been working on this unit for a month or two. We would like to show you a presentation representing what we did.
What is Light
Light is the natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible.

2. Isaac Newton observed that a thin beam of sunlight hitting a glass prism on an angle creates a band of visible colors that includes red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet (ROYGBIV). This occurred because different colors travel through glass (and other mediums) at different speeds, causing them to refract at different angles and separate from each other.
