Research Methodology
A scientific representative sample was chosen of 1000 Palestinian students from four main universities:
Al- Najah National University,
Birzeit University,
Al- Quds University,
Hebron University
Knowledge of areas classified as “C” and the Israeli Plan (E1)
Obstacles preventing the development of areas (C)
Roles of local, Arab and International institutions and parties
Conclusions
In cooperation with:

“Humanitarian Support to Contribute to the Protection of Palestinians in the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) from Forcible Transfer”
advocacy and awareness activities.
The error percentage of +/- 3 %
Face-to-Face Structured Interviews and Online Survey
Samples defined to provide gender and academic year representation
The survey questionnaire had been divided in three main topics
Knowledge of areas classified as “C”
Obstacles of development of areas classified as “C” and the relationship to relevant parties
Knowledge of the Israeli Plan (E1)
Results had been divided into:
Section One:
Knowledge of areas classified as “C” and the Israeli Plan (E1)
Section Two:
A. Obstacles preventing the development of areas (C)
Section Two:
B. Roles of local, Arab and International institutions and parties
1) “Oslo Accord stated the division of the Palestinian Territories into areas (A), (B) and (C)”
“Areas C constitute the least percentage of the occupied West Bank lands”
“According to the Oslo Accord, the Israeli Occupation must request coordination from the Palestinian Authority in order to enter areas classified as (C)”
“According to international conventions, the Palestinian Authority is completely responsible for the provision of basic services such as education, health and other services as well as infrastructure in areas (C)”
“Residents of area (C) can obtain construction permits through municipalities and Palestinian Local Councils only”
"Name of the Israeli plan to forcibly transfer of 46 Bedouin communities"
"Where the 46 Bedouin communities are plan to be forcibly transferred from, according to the E1 Israel Plan"
