Double click anywhere & add an idea Meeting the Standard A problem to A'yanna's solution could have been incorrectly reorganizing the way they did their work. A'yanna's first symptom was the invoices being mailed three days after the order was recieved. IT WAS LATE!!! I think that A'yanna should try sending out the invoice earlier or she should figure out why and how the problem is happening. The Hemmerle department can contribute to solving this problem by fixing the slow computer problem. They can repair the computer so that it does not slow the work being done. Another way they can help is by making sure that A'yanna's company recieves necessary shipping information.
