Some Common facts ...
• We usually store all the required files on our local systems.

• When required we share the folder so that someone else can access the file.


• Managing and locating the data is the biggest hurdle.

• We have to backup all our systems.

• We can't access files out of our network.

• Multiple copies of same file located all across our network.



• A central Storage space for all our documents, pictures etc.

• Single computer or database backup.


• There is no way to search for any specific form submitted by a person.

• Increased printing / paper expenses.

• It’s very difficult to carry folders to any other place.

• An online form which is easy to fill and submit

• A central storage location for all the forms.

Receives an Email requesting Date of joining, Leave eligibility, Available days etc.
Department
Receives an Email requesting approval.
Verify the request date against operational requirements and leave planner compliance. Specify handover and clearance request acceptance..

If the Department manager not approved ,

then sent a notification to the user
that the leave application is rejected.

else application go to next approval.
Receives an email requesting for clearance
Check for ICT resources issued.Specify the application acceptance.

If the ICT Department has any issues on clearance,

then sent a notification to employee requesting that ICT Assets
belongs to the employee.

else go to next clearance.
Warehouse
Receives an email requesting for clearance
Check for Materials/Samples/Demo materials issued. Specify the application acceptance.

If the Warehouse Department has any issues on clearance,
