Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
What is a WBS?
The process of subdividing project deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable components. The key benefit of the process is that it provides a structured vision of what has to be delivered to the client.
Start with Decomposition of the Work Plan
Decomposition is a technique used for dividing and subdividing the project scope and project deliverables into smaller, more manageable parts. The smallest part is a Work Package.

Critical Path Method
CPM models the activities and events of a project as a network. Activities are depicted as nodes on the network and events that signify the beginning or ending of activities are depicted as arcs or lines between the nodes.
Kanban
Kanban is a method for managing work with an emphasis on just-in-time delivery while not overloading the team members. In this approach, the process, from definition of a task to its delivery to the customer, is displayed for participants to see and developers pull work from a queue.
A Work Package. Something that action can be applied to and can be completed
