Creating great presentations means
understanding your topic and your audience
You fight against people or situations that are:
Boring and dull
The illiterate AKA the "illiterati"
Know it all's
Attendees who may feel hopeless
or overwhelmed by information
Small mistakes can cost you and them
When planning your presentation
Learn to plan ahead
Get a sense of the big picture
You need to know your best skills
Think before you
act, speak or react
poor presentation

Some presenters can be
highly engaged
Know your audience
Have engaging activities
Disgruntled audience
Wrong Assumptions
Lack of drive to accomplish the task
