Base Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to work with engineers to solve their problems
Experience in an outside sales role with a strong track record of growing sales
Experience working with process instrumentation products is ideal
This person can come from a different mechanical product background if they have experience selling to industrial process markets
Self managed individual that is motivated and can work with high level of autonomy
Company is experiencing tremendous growth in recent years
This company is a big player in the industry with an extensive global presence
This company has tripled in size in the US in the past 10 years
This is a company that's consistently on the cutting edge with continuous product improvements and developments; they spend 15% of annual turnover on R & D
The ablity to react quickly to changing market conditions
Relatively flat organization where decisions are made quickly due to very little bureaucracy
Outstanding technology with high quality products
This person will have a high amount of support from technical customer service individuals and the management team
Very little turnover and there are a lot of people with long careers with the company
