Why is Organic Food Better? First of All, What is Organic Food? -Organic farming refers to the process of growing and processing food.

-The farmers use techniques that reduce pollution and save water.

-Absolutely no chemicals are used; all pesticides are all natural and safe for people.

-According to CNN, "organic food needs to be as natural as possible"(Kinsman). This means that organic farmers try to grow the products as natural as they can. What Should People Buy? The 5 best foods are...

Introduction Eat better! This is a common line that all Americans are determined to follow, and one way to do that is by eating organic food. Organic food is a popular fad from the early 2000's. It can be a complex topic, but it is simple to understand by learning what it is, why it is better, what people should buy, how it is different from natural foods, and even its faults. Therefore, organic foods provide more health benefits than non organic foods. Some studies, such as the Stanford University School of Medicine's study on organic food, provide results that find barely any health benefits(Aubrey and Charles). The researchers stated that even though there were less pesticides, that will not make a difference in peoples' health. This is only one study on organics foods. Some organic products are better than others. Regardless, people should purchase at least a few organic products. Organic products are more expensive, but they are worth the extra cost. Finally, organic food is a healthy option for everybody. As a recap, now readers know what organic food is, its benefits, what to buy, the difference from natural foods, and its minor downsides. Education is key to purchasing organic products. It can motivate people to get healthier and be productive!
