What are QR codes and why do I want to use them
Similar to Barcodes
Can hold more information than Barcodes
Can be scanned with Smartphone, Tablets...
Can be used for advertisement, differentiation, homework, treasure hunt, vocabulary, quiz, videos, website links...
Publicise MFL events and the department
Link to your Twitter account or website.
Advertise competitions with direct link to information students would need.
Bring displays to life
Links to videos on YouTube or of students perfoming
Links to Quiz about the topic displayed
Extra information for G&T students
WHY I USE QR CODES
You can do all these things without QR codes but I use them because:
-Engages students/parents/visitors
-Saves having to write links, HW...
-Creative way to use iPads
