Vine is a popular app that is used by teenagers all around the world. Without Net Neutrality, Vine will load for eternity, since so many people use it.
Also without Net Neutrality, the Vine company will have to pay their Internet providers to be as fast with Net Neutrality. For Vine to pay they will have to have to have sponsors, which mean advertisement. If Vine doesn't want advertisement on their app they will make you pay to use it.
