40 1st year students
2 hour training
1st task : performing 4 simple interrupted stitches after wound management
2nd task : performing an intradermal stitch on a 9cm wound
Questionnaire based on previous surgical experience, everyday habits
Evaluation survey

performing basic stitches
knot tying
stitches removal
The technique of suturing is thousand years old. Although suture materials and aspects of the technique have changed, the general idea remains the same.
