Can the Texas Government solve the Texas water crisis
The cons for installing water pipes are,the government might have to remove people from there homes so they can install the water pipes.
The pros are the south Texas and north won't have any much water problems for a while .

Percents in Texas
I think the Texas government should put
water pipes in the north and south Texas
so the people won't have any more water problems.
