COMMUNICATE THE SERVICES THAT ARE CURRENTLY PROVIDED BY KFN, OUR HEALTH CARE PARTNERS, ARE AVAILABLE TO OUR MEMBERS
SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH PROGRAMS & SERVICES TARGETED TOWARDS ELDERS
ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY-SUPPORTED EVENTS THAT APPEAL TO ALL GENERATIONS, SUCH AS SPORTS DAYS, CANOE TRIPS, TRAVELING TO KFN LANDS, VISITS TO OTHER NATIONS, CAMPING, PICNICS, & GAME DAYS
SUPPORT ACTIVITIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO SELF-ESTEEM & CULTURAL PRIDE
ENSURE THAT THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MINISTRY OF CHILD & FAMILY DEVELOPMENT (MCFD) OPERATES AT THE MOST RESPECTFUL, EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT LEVEL
FORMALIZE VERBAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE K'OMOKS FIRST NATION & MCFD THROUGH SIGNED MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING OR OTHER PROTOCOL AGREEMENTS
STRENGTHEN ACCESS & SUPPORT TRADITIONAL PARENTING PROGRAMS THAT DEVELOP POSITIVE SKILLS AND LIVING

ENHANCE LIGHTING AND SUPPORT A SEPARATED PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY ALONG COMOX ROAD & BACK ROAD FOR PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
ENSURE ALL MEMBERS ARE AWARE OF HUMAN/WILD ANIMAL INTERFACE ISSUES & WAYS TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOP OPPORTUNITIES TO ENGAGE POSITIVELY WITH POLICE SERVICES AND OTHER CRIME REDUCTION ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH ANNUAL MEETINGS, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND YOUTH TARGETED ACTIVITIES
