materials released on open license means you can access them in any employment situation
you can link any materials you release as OER to your pdr.
you can build a portfolio of materials that you can use as evidence to become an HE Acdemy fellow
you can raise your academic profile and use OER materials to support conference papers and research
enhance your CV and list OER material as published items
you can increase awareness of the awards available at Leeds Met
materials you submit can be access through the VLE without the need to copy across modules
the more you put in the more will become available to you to use (time saving)
make a significant contribution to the HE community beyond your f2f teaching
