Can you produce a one hour video presentation outlining a realistic plan of what needs to be done?

One hour to provide as much scope and in as much detail as possible. It may be persuasive, it may be presented as an argument, it may be idealistic and pragmatic. It can take the form of an interview, a lecture, a slide-show, or animation. You are free to describe a plan as clearly as you can using whatever resources are available to you. 

Further parameters will be defined, such as predicting what might happen and by what dates. As events unfold in the real world, the most accurate presentations which stand the test of time will self-sort. Leaders shall emerge not through their force of will but through their timely wisdom.

The objective is to contain as much as possible within an hour. This is a reasonable amount of time within which to capture the most salient points of a plan, achieving significant depth and with resolution of practical details. A feasible period for a listener to be attentive. 
Include expected events with specific references to 2010, 2012, 2015, 2020, 2030, 2050 and 2100. It is not so important whether these predictions are true, but it allows a direct comparison of strategies across equivalent time-scales.
Consider all factors. The omission of influences will be as telling as the weightings of determiners enabling balanced comparisons with other strategies. Be freed from any traditional prioritised category system since they all belie their epistemological roots and accepted semanic ecology. Present what you believe is important.
Feel free to diagnose problems, however the intention of collective strategising is to proscribe potential solutions. There is no need to compare to other strategies, but that can be done by the mind of the readers. It is important to concentrate on producing positive definition and conceptual posture.
Although individuals will be allowed to revise their presentation, older versions will be archived to provide potential future viewers the ability to verify the accuracy of earlier accounts. You may wish to consider the modularity of the presentation in order to replace sections easily.

Anyone in a power position has accepted the social structure in which they are in. The power is not in the structure, but the structure channels the power that we possess individually. If we wish to change the world, then the courage to think it is the first and only requirement. It is for others to recognise and evaluate your presentation, and in so doing, a structure forms and power is channeled.

Because the nature of what we are talking about is so vast, we can get lost easily in differences of opinion. Discussion can be shallow. We need time to listen to one person's vision so that we appreciate the depth of values in which it is rooted. The level of subsequent dialogue will be deeper.
You can reproduce your presentation as many times as you wish. Older versions are made available to show evolution of thought.
where will it be presented?
We will cut them into six 10mins sections and stick them on youtube, ideas4all and other video hosting sites. At some stage, we may collect them together at a site.
Anyone who cares to listen. The number of people it attracts is directly proportional to the quality of the ideas that are presented. The world is looking for solutions, and most are chasing after partial solutions and expert opinions. Present what you believe to be useful, and trust that the audience is there.
Anyone who is an expert accepts the limits of their expertise, and the challenge of collective strategy is that there are no official limits. The scope is so large that the notion of expertise is meaningless. Other criteria are used, other than social authority.
It will take as long as an hour's interview or lecture, or however long it takes to post-produce a graphical representation. How long it takes, depends on the chosen technical sophistication. Do what you can with the time you give it. If you only have an hour, then record a video. If you wish to devote more time to it, it is up to you. When it comes down to it, it doesn't matter; people will be listening for the quality of ideas, the clarity of vision, the breadth of awareness.
