stage two: task breakdown
plan out module tasks on paper
What forms of assessment?
Will assessment be integrated?
How does the assessment align with LO's?
Do you intend to use technology? How?
How will you provide feedback?
Will peer/self assessment be used?
stage three & four: 
build a prototype/check reality
Try out your design?
Be critical of your ideas and plans?
Are there alternatives?

Reality checked!
stage five: review and adjust
Use reality checker feedback.
Review work so far.
Make adjustements / changes.
Flag areas to return to at another time.
Indicate work needed.
Allocate tasks to team members.
stage six: plan next steps
Formalise an action plan.
Arrange another meeting.
Outline key deadline dates for tasks.
Assign persons to report back.
