Guitars are a key aspect of the genre. Without them, some bands lose their identity. Converse are a iconic brand that is generally associated with indie fashion because of the variety of different styles that are unique. They became popular with the rise of indie artists wearing them to be unique. Iconic London area for indie Rock fans the shops ,bars ,gigs venues are targeted at this genre by the clothing to the music blaring from stalls. Typical Indie clothing usually consists of shirt and skinny jeans with converse.The look is quite urban casual. Florence and the Machine is quirky indie artist who has become well know for her style in her music video. Street Art can influence the Indie music genre,because Indie and street art
are not mainstream.
