Transcript of Moshe Finkler

By: Iris Salazar Moshe Finkler About Me I was a very good student in class. I loved to learn about the Jews and I enjoy learning different languages. I was studying 8 different languages, one of which was Hebrew. Like Anne Frank, I kept a diary and went into hiding. To Concentration Camp We were celebrating a Jewish holiday, named the Passover, on April 7, 1944, when were taken away from our home. We were betrayed by the people we trusted enough to tell we escaped. Gestapo agents invaded our apartment and took us away. They then took us to concentration camp when I was 13. How we escaped Like many Jewish people, my family and I escaped away from our home in The Hague. We went to Belgium and lived in an apartment. My father made fake papers so we would pass as christians. The End My parents and I were taken to Concentration camp. I died in 1944, at age 18. Luckily, my six other siblings were saved. Auschwitz Camp This is a little bit about Auschwitz Concentration Camp. This is the place were many Jewish people died, or were murdered. They were forced to work and many died because they were put in gas chambers, got an infectious disease, or died of starvation. Some were even used for medical experiments.
