Use URIs as names for things. 2. Use HTTP URIs so that people can look up those names. 3. When someone looks up a URI, provide useful information, using the standards (RDF, SPARQL). 4. To do this all data entities should be addressable by a dereferenceable http URI. We believe the community would benefit from an authorised Linked Data representation of the SDMX model. We note that the approach developed in SCOVO is compatible with the SDMX model.
