When you were in SIATech, your
Principal wrote an ILP -- an individual
learning plan that prescribed every thing
you had to do to graduate...
You are here at NELA because you
did not complete testing requirements
at your previous school....
That doesn't mean you couldn't
It just means, something happed
and you didn't.
At NELA, your ILP is pretty basic....

You have 3 courses
You finish all three
With 80% or better
You earn 3 more credits
We merge your test requirement

A Personal Learning Plan
is where you decide what
your targets are and you
enter them.
For example:

Complete 5 lessons by Friday.
It is sort of
like a personal
planner and totally
optional.
Get certifed by averaging 80% or above.
Have you finished CTSP?
Be sure to get an official
copy of your transcript!
Diplomas are ordered
Monthly. Please be
patient.
