Criterion Four. Teaching and Learning: Evaluation and Improvement
Criterion Five. Resources, Planning, and Institutional Effectiveness

The institution’s resources, structures, and processes are sufficient to fulfill its mission, improve the quality of its educational offerings, and respond to future challenges and opportunities. The institution plans for the future.
The institution demonstrates responsibility for the quality of its educational programs, learning environments, and support services, and it evaluates their effectiveness for student learning through processes designed to promote continuous improvement.
The Strategic Plan is developed around seven strategies each with multiple outcomes/activities
The individual cabinet offices have multiple units
Each unit establishes their unit outcome - their goals, performance and service objectives
Progress or achievement of each outcome is monitored in an ongoing assessment process
Institutional assessment record system
Outcomes are defined for the unit
Measures define how each outcome will be evaluated
Findings summarize results of assessment
Findings are the basis of ACTION
Outcomes from the unit are connected to the Cabinet-level Strategies
Units link their outcomes to the strategic initiatives
Cabinet offices have their own outcomes - also linked to strategies
The "Assessment Report" compiles activity across units
Generate reports from the report menu
choose from available report styles
