*Initial focus was on the telecommunications
   and financial services sectors.
*Cash-flow positive reached in May 2004
and operational profit from June 2005.
*Acquired by Magyar Telekom (majority owned
by Deutsche Telekom) in April 2006, under
   condition of maintaining carrier-neutrality.
*Bulgaria: Small facilities with 200 sqm
   for carrier connections
*Romania: Over 1,200 sqm with NxData
   accounting for nearly 750 sqm
*Croatia: 2 facilities with 300 sqm
*Slovakia: Sitel and other carriers with
   about 2,000 sqm
*Czech Republic: Sitel and others with
   nearly 4,000 sqm
*Poland: Approximately 800 sqm
*Scarcity of Carrier-Neutral
   Facilities
*Liberalisation of Telecom Markets
*Immerging Economies within
   the EU
*Data Centre Services geographically
   centric
dataplex
From oct. 2008
As of today
*Our original investment took place in the year
   2000 by London-based CityReach.
*Budapest was the third of eight sites to open
before collapse on August 31st, 2001.
*Purchased by local pharmaceutical firm and
re-launched under Dataplex brand in February
   2002.
We have built a well-diversified customer
base, with strong representation from all
major business sectors.

This fact differentiates us from most of the
colocation providers in Western Europe and
is a result of weak market demand for
integrated, managed services.
*Just like the rest of Europe, prices are
   rising significantly
*Hungary has liberalised its electricity
   market
*Prices closely reflected by those in
   Germany
*Dataplex is investing in the future
with a capacity increase of 3,300 sqm,
reaching a total net space of 10,800 sqm
   from October 2008
*The new area will have an A+B power
   footprint of 1,200W/ sqm
Our focus is on meeting the local market
requirements for data centre services.

Therefore, Dataplex and others in the region
are not so much of a competitive threat to
our counterparts in Western Europe, but rather
potential partners.
