R U ZN? HyperTh!nk!ng REVISITED:
What it means in 2011 Tell me what YOU think Meaning of Hyperth!nking – what is a Hyperth!nker?
What is the connection between the Hyperth!nker and ZN?
Are you a HyperTh!nker? Why? Back in the olden days… ZN as a changing company
Need for new attitude and new values to share with our clients
A nice word that seems to mean something
The context is what made it necessary… May you live in
interesting times "In the future globalization is going to be increasingly driven by the individuals who understand the flat world, adapt themselves quickly to the processes and technologies." And the word became flesh… Then we defined the ZN vision THE leading emarketing agency for international HQs
That means the team will need to be relentlessly innovative and deliver quality thinking and execution
How can we do this?
It boils down to the attitude and skills
And we plan to use HyperThinking to get there The HyperThinker: our mental DNA HyperSHIFT MetaTHINK HyperACT HyperLINK Attitude Execution Spirit It starts with VALUES “Hire/Promote those with… Sunny dispositions. Fire those…. With perpetually Gloomy Dispositions.” Tom Peters Values and foundations TRUST

Learn to understand your paradigms: we all need to live with them – a key to survival
Learn to see when they are holding you back – things that you think are too difficult, impossible
Don’t be defined by your paradigm/don’t be emotionally attached to it – that is the only way to shift
Learn to be WRONG and proud – TMME and others
Deliberately shift your paradigmTest it until it works! "I think it is very important for you to do two things: act on your temporary conviction as if it was a real conviction; and when you realize that you are wrong, correct course very quickly.” Andy Grove Impossible thinking as a methodology Back to school 2 We need to deliver added value thinking! That means coming up with more smart ideas than our clients and faster
That means collaborating with our team so that we can do this
Creative execution comes from culture, synergies of the team and individual contributions
It’s not about sitting around the table and ‘brainstorming’ it’s about constant investigation and testing of smart new ideas Insight The mind is a muscle – it needs to be streched
You need to exercise to keep it fit
You need to practice different ways of thinking to be able to face different situations The Toolkit for the HyperThinker Daily Mental Gymnastics
