Recommended Hardware

Basic computers are just fine
Prezi runs well on most contemporary computers, even netbooks. You can easily determine if your computer is good enough to be used to create prezis:
- If you can play back Youtube videos in fullscreen mode, you should be fine
- You can also just check out any prezi from http://prezi.com/showcase/ and see if they play back on your computer. If they play back OK, you'll be fine when editing.
High End usage
If you would like to create a very demanding prezi (one hour long, with many videos, animations), or you would like to show it on a professional stage, using double HD projections, you can. Prezi is using Adobe Flash technology to render the prezis real time, therefore you can create very high resolution presentations, but your playback performance will rely on the hardware. Here are some hardware recommendations:
- Prezi will perform best on Windows computer, followed by Mac, and will be slowest on Linux
- Fast processors and lots of memory help more than a strong graphics card
- It can help to play the prezi through once, it will play smoother the second time (without restarting the prezi)
