Prezi

You can find the “Print” button in the thin blue menu at the top of your Prezi canvas. In PreziDesktop, there is a "print" option in your window menu bar under “File”. To print a prezi:

1. Create a prezi

2. Add a path to your prezi

3. Click "Print" in the upper right corner of the editor window. 

Your prezi will now be converted to a PDF document, where every path step will be one document page. The exported PDF will also include an overview page of your whole prezi.

4. Rename and save your PDF to your computer. Remember to keep the .pdf extension.

5. Print the PDF file directly from your computer.

Some Tips:

- To avoid printing multiple pages of the same view, create a linear path with no duplicate path points for printing.

- Remember the more paths to your prezi the more pages in your PDF file. Please consider the environment before printing!
