Prezi Desktop (offline application)

While you can use Prezi from any computer with internet access, you can also download and install Prezi Desktop. By using Prezi Desktop, you can:

  • Work on your Prezis on the go, without internet access.
  • Quickly insert large media files - there is no limit to file size
  • Easily upload your prezis to Prezi.com

Prezi Desktop is built on Adobe Air, and can be used on Windows, Mac and Linux computers. You will need administrator privileges to install Prezi Desktop.

Supported features and current limitations:

  • Create, Edit and Show presentations offline from your laptop
  • Copy from/to your existing online account
  • You can manage and arrange all your prezis on a nice desktop
  • PDF upload is not possible currently in the Desktop, just on Prezi.com
  • The system requirements are the same as with Adobe AIR, read about it here
  • You can install and use the Prezi Desktop on 3 computers with one license
