Invite others to collaborate

Prezi works online, which makes it easy to collaborate with others. Send your prezis to collaborators for reviewing, and allow them to add their ideas. To start, go to Prezi.com/my, click on your prezi, and:

  1. Click on Share
  2. Click on Invite people...
  3. Add email addresses of collaborators
  4. Choose if invited people should be able to View or Edit your prezi
  5. Click Send

Invite for Editing option: Once you have collaborators, you will see them under 'People'. You can remove them here.
If the people you invite don't have a Prezi account, we will invite them to a trial account. If they already have Prezi accounts, they will get a notification, and your prezi will show up in their my page.


Invite for View option (available for Enjoy and Pro users): A password-protected temporary link will be generated and sent in an email.
