Hyperlinks

You can insert hyperlinks into your prezi.

  • Click where you want the link to appear
  • Type the full URL link starting with 'http://' (eg. http://prezi.com)
  • Save and reload the Prezi, and the links will activate. (You will see them underlined)
  • When in show mode click on the link to activate it. 
  • To edit a link, select it then double-click on the Zebra
  • At this time, some characters break links.

NOTE: URLs with anything other than HTTP or HTTPS protocols (eg. ftp://, mailto:, etc.) do not get converted to links in the editor.

 

TIP: If you do not want to save, exit and reload your Prezi to activate a link, you can use this workaround:

  • Create a link as above
  • Select the link with the Zebra
  • Hit CNTRL+D to duplicate the link (CMD+D for MAC users)
  • The duplicated link will be activated Underlined)
  • Remember to select the original link and delete it!
