We’re looking for passionate and skilled infrastructure (devops) engineers to help us build and scale the backend system behind prezi.com and the infrastructure of our continuous integration pipeline. This position requires a backend developer with strong sysadmin skills or a sysadmin with considerable web (backend) developer experience.
Job Duties:
- Administer and maintain source code repositories
- Design, build, and maintain tools, automations and procedures to build, release and deploy software artifacts and code across multiple physical and virtual engineering environments, as well as the production environment.
- Assist in the planning, building, and maintenance of software development and the testing of environments and infrastructure
- Create, optimize, enhance, operate, build, and release automation infrastructure, testing frameworks, reporting, and tools
- Design and build deployment systems with automation
- Work directly with software, networks, and systems teams to build efficient, scalable systems, processes and infrastructure

- Knowledge and experience of operational monitoring systems
- Demonstrated history of seeking out and bringing in new ideas
- Unix system administration
- Ability to work closely with others under pressure
- Ability to design and implement robust and maintainable utilities
- Ability to collaborate with R&D engineers on complex automation tools
- Ability to juggle commitments, strategic objectives and tasks as required within a small dynamic company
