In 2002, we created the Critical Thinker action figure based on the WSU Critical Thinking Rubric.
Since that time there have been a lot of changes in the landscape of learning.
Learners still need critical thinking skills but they need them in the context of learning that takes place in an interconnected environment on a global scale.
This is an invitation to design a 
new action figure with
