Importance of Business Ethics on Employees’ Performance Problem Statement: Purpose of study Purpose of study Research Findings
In a business industry, it is very necessary to have healthy terms between the employees. Whole business would be damage if employees do not perform appropriately due to the fights and issues between each other.

To provide best outcome in the business, it is important to follow some business ethics because it is directly linked to the employees’ performance and ultimately your business.
The purpose of my study is that I want to check
the impact of business ethics on the employees’
performance. In an organization, it is necessary to have good terms between the employees and employer and also among employees. By this research, I want to check the reasons behind not working up to the mark of employees. I want to check that is there any effect of bad environment on the employees’ working. Researches shows that there are more chances of firm’s decline if there is less bonding among the employees or if boss is of harsh nature. By this study, I want to check that why these ethics are so much important that they effect the working capability of employees. There are basically two questions in the
questionnaire which are highly important
and they give us the conclusion of our
whole research. - If there are unhealthy terms between the employees and employer, then whole
environment of the company get disturbed. Question? - In a business or in a company, if employee understands the ethics and works according to those ethics, then he/she works harder, stays longer, and is less probabilities to leave. Question? By this question, we are able to say that percentages of people who are agreed with this statement are more than others. Hence, it is concluded that if employees work hard and by keeping in mind all the ethics then there are less chances of their leaving from job.
With the help of this paper the impact of business ethics on employees’ performance were studies and analyzed. The paper consists of five chapters with respect to their category; these categories were designed in order to reach regular and comprehensive understanding of the topic.

These five sections highlighted the business ethics and employees’ performance. Independently and afterward both these terms were explained in the reference of each other. In the middle of the paper we discussed the actual survey and its results. By this question, we are able to say that percentages of people who are strongly agreed with this statement are more than others. Hence, it is concluded that whole environment of the company or a business gets disturbed if there are unhealthy terms between employees and employer. Summary Reference •Carole L. Jurkiewicz. (2004).
