The local animal shelter needs to store and manage their information about animals in an organized and effective way.
In order to store and manage information, Critter Consulting has created a database
to satisfy their requirements.

Business Rules
- When someone comes into to adopt the animal, the owner's contact information must be recorded.  
- When an animal is found, current situation it is in must be recorded. 
- If the animal is found, it has to have neccesary shots to make it safe. 
- Each animal must have an identification number. 
- Each animal must have an attribute dedicated to where the animal was found. 
- Each animal must have attribute on what breed it is.
