In the united States especially, popular entertainment flowered as never before as people were looking for things to take their minds off of their troubles FADS THAT STARTED women wore hats, they were worn at an angle dIFFICULT yEARS Given these important events, it is hard to remember that the 1930’s and early 1940’s were also a time of real innovations in popular culture, technology and government.
