Get into twos - preferably with someone NOT from your team and with one person who has done media training and one who hasn't.
10 minutes to choose three positive messages about one of your programmes
5 minutes each for your partner to challenge you with negative messages from the list and for you to use your positives to respond
10 minutes report back - what did you learn and want to share?
