Water
The body requires water at all times. Your body recycles most of the water within itself. The body needs about eight glasses of water a day to replenish itself. Water is the best liquid to cleanse the tissues. Water cleanses the waste material, germs, viruses, chemicals, and drugs within our system. The best time to drink water is a half hour before or an hour after the meal. But, you shouldn't drink water with your meal because the food should mix with the saliva so it can be digested quicker. Without water you will die in a few days!
Sunlight
Every living thing in our world needs sunlight! Sunlight can help lower your blood sugar, and blood pressure. It also lowers your cholesterol by converting it to vitamin D. Sunlight calms the nerves and increases adrenalin. It strengthens your immune system and increases circulation. Try to get thirty to forty minutes of sunlight a day. The best times are between nine to ten a.m. or four thirty to five thirty p.m. when the sun's rays aren't as strong. Without sunlight nothing would live.

Fresh air is highly underrated. Getting out of doors every day improves ones health and sense of well-being. Fresh air also cleans and gets rid of the dust in our lungs. As we exercise outdoors fresh air brings more oxygen to our lungs which gives us increased energy and brings clarity of thought. Fresh air helps the immune system fight disease. Fresh air for children will make their bones stronger, decrease the amount of cancer risks and improves eyesight. Every morning, step outside and take three or four deep breaths of fresh air to start your day off right. If there is a lack of fresh air it can cause colds, fevers, and lung disease. We can't live healthy lives without fresh air!
God made our bodies to be active. We should exercise every day. There are two different types of exercise, aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic activity stimulates your heart rate and breathing for a sustained period of time; like biking, walking, running, hiking, and swimming. Anaerobic exercise is when you exert yourself for a short period of time, like lifting weights for strength. The more we exercise, the better the circulation of our blood will be. Moderate aerobic exercise every day will keep your muscles and body strong. Walking is one of the best exercises because all the organs are being used. Exercise helps with digestion so try to take a walk after every meal. Morning exercise helps to give you a good start on your day. It boosts your immune system and keeps you from getting colds, coughs, inflammation of the liver, kidneys, lungs, and many other diseases. Exercise is important when fighting cancer. Without exercise the body becomes weak and unhealthy and you become defenseless against all kinds of diseases.
Proper nutrition and a well-balanced diet is necessary for good health! It is important to choose wisely the food we put in our body. A wide variety of vegetables and fruits should make up most of our meals. We should also eat a lot of whole grains, beans, legumes, and seeds. Nuts are also good but only in small amounts. Use as little fats, oils, salt, and sugars in your diet as possible and avoid high cholesterol foods like eggs, cheese, butter, and meat. Eat in moderation. We should eat three meals a day. Eat a bigger breakfast, and a lighter dinner several hours before bed to allow your system to digest it's food. You should allow five to six hours in between meals and shouldn't snack, because our stomachs need time to rest. Eating a good balanced diet will give us energy and keep our bodies at their best and keep us in shape. Poor diet and overeating will lead to being overweight, unhealthy and can lead to several diseases.
The best solution for being tired is sleep. The body needs at least eight hours of rest a day several hours before midnight. Sleep helps you to heal and restores strength to your muscles, nerves, and your brain. During sleep, your body repairs, gets rid of waste, and re energizes itself. Lack of sleep can affect your immune system and your physical and mental health. Not getting enough sleep makes it harder to think clearly, deal with stress, fight disease and illness, and control your emotions. You are more likely to have weight gain, depression, a stroke, diabetes, a heart attack, and many other health problems when you don't get enough sleep. We also shouldn't forget the Sabbath rest which God, himself, blessed and made holy. God made the seventh day Sabbath for us to rest from all our work throughout the week. The Sabbath is a special time to spend with God, getting to know him better. So get your daily Z's!!!!!!!
Abstemiousness means having self-control and moderation in diet. We should avoid anything that is harmful to our bodies like; alcohol, drugs, tobacco, too much sugar, fatty foods or salts, caffeine, and overeating. When doing these things the blood becomes impure and you can get a variety of diseases. Abstemiousness in diet will help you to think clearly and to make good choices and you will be much healthier and happier.
Those who learn to put their trust in God and learn to bring all their problems to Him will have peace. But in order to trust God we need to know Him and that comes through studying and praying daily. We need to be willing to listen and follow what God shows us in His bible. We must have a personal walk with God to trust Him fully. If we don't accept what Jesus did for us on the cross and trust God in our life, we have no hope of eternal life. But if we do accept Jesus' sacrifice and choose God to lead our lives, we will go to heaven with Him and have eternal happiness. Matthew 11:28-30 says,"Come to me all you who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
