What Makes a Prezi Expert?

Prezi Experts are chosen for their expertise and their presentation design/training objectives, which align with Prezi's core belief that sharing ideas should be fun and engaging.

Each candidate is assessed individually via interviews and evaluation of their existing work. The criteria we use for evaluating candidates is the following:

  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Advanced understanding of the Prezi canvas and effective design/training application of concepts like spatial relativity and structural overviews.
  • Clear grasp of the ‘language’ of Prezi and ability to apply design concepts to zooming presentations. Demonstrable expression of concepts, themes, and metaphors via movement and camera handling within the zooming interface.
  • Demonstrable pedagogical approaches that enable users to go beyond the technical how-to of the tool to a deeper understanding of the principles and concepts of Prezi as a medium for creating, collaborating, and sharing ideas, forming linear and non-linear stories, and delivering high-impact, logical, and engaging presentation experiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Full-time employment in a position where Prezi is a core (but not exclusive) focus of their work.

All Experts are asked to comply with and sign an agreement on their code of conduct as a Prezi Expert. Each Expert completes a detailed monthly report with deliverables, which we use to continuously review the success and impact of the program on our users.

Prezi Experts agree to incorporate best practice curriculum guidelines as set forth by Prezi into their own works. For reference, view the training guidelines and design guidelines.
