Can include relationship violence, stalking, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation. Research has shown that high rates of sexual victimization occur in the first year of college.

Please know that TUPD is a safe place and welcomes all communities, inclusive of sexual orientation and gender identity, and encourages prompt reporting of any type of dating violence.
Interpersonal Violence
Parking on campus is by permit only.
Freshmen living on campus are not allowed to purchase a permit.
Exceptions can be granted to students who show cause.
Parking on neighborhood streets is enforced by the City of New Orleans.

Louisiana State law forbids the possession, sale, use or consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 21. Violations of the alcohol rules are referred to the University disciplinary system for disposition.

2011-2012 year
TUPD responded to 216 alcohol offenses.
