Conducting district visits during recess periods increases the likelihood of having a meeting with your actual Member of Congress

BUT, meeting with a staffer is a great opportunity too! Staffers are often experts in their focus area

Meeting with staffers is just as great of an opportunity as meeting with your Member to talk about the issues that matter to you!
