Background

SYMBOL OF POWER

* God is first...King comes second
* He must be a good warrior
Through battle he will win the respect of others. 
Title passed through family linage.
He must bring riches to his tribe.
Must protect his tribe against invators. 

Used to concentrate large amounts of people when important information had to be delivered by nobles.
